Delivery and returns

 Patine, what are your delivery times?

France, Monaco - excluding pre-order


↳ Colissimo at pick-up point, 3 to 5 days.
↳ Colissimo at home, 2 to 3 days.
↳ Chronopost, delivery in 1 day from Monday to Thursday for all orders placed the day before 7:00 a.m.

Collection in store: option offered within the limits of pieces available at Patine Studio, 8 rue Martel 75010.
Click & collect is possible within 24 hours of creating your order. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup!

Then, you have 10 days to collect your order from Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. After this period your order will be refunded.

We do not currently deliver elsewhere because we do not yet have a low carbon footprint solution over long distances.


I have one part on pre-order and one in stock in my basket, when will I receive my order?

We do not separate orders: you will receive your order once the pre-ordered part has been received.
If you are in a hurry we advise you to place a second order.


What will be the return conditions?

Once your order is delivered we accept returns (of unworn clothing) for 14 days .

For all orders placed from France and the European Union , go to this page : enter your email and your order number, choose your return option (exchange, credit or refund) and we will send you a Mondial label Relay to print and stick on your package to return your items to us.

For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom , contact us at hello@patine.fr .

Depending on your choice, we will refund you or send you your credit or exchange as soon as we have received your unworn item with its label . Initial delivery costs are not refunded, however we will cover the return costs.

If you are in Paris, you can also return your item to us at Studio Patine at 8, rue Martel 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.


Jewelry, caps, mugs and Cooper coffee cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of one size and hygiene.

How to make an exchange?

Once your order is delivered we accept returns (of unworn clothing) for 14 days .

↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union , go to this page : enter your email and your order number, choose the exchange option then the product for which you wish to exchange your item. We will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and stick on your package to return your items to us. Once we have received and checked them, we will ship your exchange order!

↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom , contact us directly at hello@patine.fr .

If you are in Paris, you can also return your item to us (and make an exchange) at Studio Patine at 8, rue Martel 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.


How do pre-orders work?

When an item is on pre-order, we indicate the duration of the pre-order and the delivery date on the product page.

We do not separate the sending of orders, if you have another item of clothing that is not pre-ordered in your basket and you are in a hurry we advise you to place a 2nd order.

And if you find the pre-order time long for cash flow: payment in 3 installments and free of charge is possible with Alma* at the time of payment. This allows you to advance only part of the price at the time of ordering and the other two payments the following two months. Patine covers the costs and you don't have to fill out any forms.

If, despite our advice, the size is not right, no problem, within 14 days of receipt of your order:
↳ We see a small additional stock for exchanges (free)
↳ Return is free

* Alma is a solution offered on all Patine products and not only on pre-ordered pieces.


You're often out of stock...but why does it take so long to restock simple t-shirts?

We understand your impatience, we are like you! We put all our energy into developing each piece of the Patine wardrobe. We manufacture in small batches, to avoid waste. And as our material is exclusive, it takes time to knit the organic/organic recycled yarn, then make, dye and print in Portugal. And don't tell us you have nothing to wear, we don't believe you :) Do you REALLY have nothing to wear? Contact us, we will find a solution together!
