Where do you deliver?

In Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain and Italy.

We do not currently deliver elsewhere because we do not yet have a low carbon footprint solution over long distances.

What are your shipping times?

In France and Monaco the deadlines are as follows:

Mondial Relay at collection point, 3 to 5 days.
Colissimo at home, 2 to 3 days.
Chronopost , delivery within 24 hours from Monday to Thursday for all orders placed the day before 12 p.m.
Pick up in store: 8, rue Martel, Paris 10th. Option offered when choosing delivery method.
You will be able to pick up your order within 4 to 5 days after your order is created. You will receive an email indicating that your order is ready for pick-up. Then, you have 10 days to pick up your order from Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. After this period, your order will be refunded. This period does not apply to pre-ordered parts.

Nos prix sont affichés Toutes Taxes Comprises pour les commandes à destination des pays de l’Union Européenne.
Pour les commandes à destination des pays en dehors de l’Union Européenne, les prix sont indiqués hors taxe. Toutefois, ces commandes sont soumises à des éventuels taxes et frais de douanes du pays de destination. Ces coûts et les formalités qui s’y rapportent sont à la charge du client/destinataire. Ils sont à régler au transporteur lors de la livraison.

How to make an exchange?

Once your order is delivered we accept and offer exchanges of unworn clothing for 14 days.


↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union , go to this page : enter your email and your order number, choose the exchange option then the product for which you wish to exchange your item.

We send you a Mondial Relay label to print and stick on your package to return your items to us. Once we have received and checked them, we ship your exchange order!


↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom , contact us directly at hello@patine.fr .


If you are in Paris, you can also do an exchange at Patine Studio at 8, rue Martel 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.


🛍 For items purchased at Galeries Lafayette, exchanges and returns are only possible at Galeries Lafayette.


Cooper jewelry, caps, mugs and coffee are not returned or exchanged due to one-size-fits-all reasons.

For hygiene reasons, you must keep your underwear on when trying on clothes (especially the Body).

How to make a return?

Once your order has been delivered we accept returns of unworn clothing for 14 days.


For a return from France, €5 contribution to return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
For a return from the rest of the EU, €6 of return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.


↳ For all orders placed from France and the European Union, go to this page : enter your email and your order number, choose refund and we will send you a Mondial Relay label to print and stick on your package to return your items to us.


↳ For orders delivered to Switzerland or the United Kingdom, contact us at hello@patine.fr .

We will refund you as soon as we receive your unworn item with its tags. The initial delivery costs are not refunded.


If you are in Paris, you can also return your item to Studio Patine at 8, rue Martel 75010 Paris, from Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm. In this case, no amount will be withheld from your refund.


Jewelry, caps, mugs and Cooper coffee cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

For hygiene reasons, you must keep your underwear on when trying on clothes (especially the Body).

How do pre-orders work?

When an item is on pre-order, we will tell you the pre-order duration and delivery date on the product page.

We do not separate the shipping of orders , if you have another item of clothing that is not on pre-order in your basket and you are in a hurry we advise you to place a 2nd order.

If despite our advice the size is not right, no problem, within 14 days of receiving your order you can exchange it for free (we plan to have a small additional stock) or return your item. For a return from France, €5 participation in return costs will be retained from the amount to be refunded.
For a return from the rest of the EU, €6 of return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

What discount codes are available?

The only discounts available at this time are:

- Free delivery in France from 250€ (delivery to Mondial Relay Point). The reduction is applied automatically.

- GOODPACK20: -20% on your t-shirts from 3 Willie® from the Willie® Pack collection purchased, the reduction is not automatic, you must enter the code GOODPACK20 in the "Gift card or promo code " box.
